
Ripley County Reads:
Promoting Literacy & Community Engagement
Ripley County Reads is a collaborative initiative among the Batesville Memorial Public Library, Osgood Public Library, Tyson Library, and the Ripley County Tourism Bureau, established in 2019 to promote literacy, community engagement, and education throughout Ripley County, Indiana. The program offers a variety of educational and enjoyable events, including the Ripley County Park Hop, Local Author Fair, and Community Reading Programs.
The annual Author Fair features approximately 30 local and regional authors, providing opportunities for attendees to meet authors, purchase signed books, and participate in panel discussions.
All these events and programs are open to all community members.
